Elizabethtown Christian Academy encourages families to visit the school and schedule a time for the prospective student to visit the school and classroom. Each student is given an entrance exam prior to acceptance to ECA. If the child does not prove to be on grade level, enrollment will not be granted for that grade. Registration fee is $250 per family. This is non-refundable unless the student is not accepted. Kindergarten-6th grade students have a supply fee of $125 per student. This includes all classroom supplies needed for the year.
Elizabethtown Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, creed, gender, and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities 
generally accorded or made available at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, athletic and arts programs, or in any other way.
Because ECA is a private school, it relies on tuition as a significant source of income for covering the costs of delivering a highly regarded educational program. Kindergarten tuition is $3000 and 1st - 6th grade tuition is $3450. Discounts are given for familes with multiple students. (No discount for Kindergarten students or their siblings). Full-time pastors receive a discount on tuition.
ECA requires the Admission form, Parent Permission form, and Medication form for enrollment. If the student will need to be in the after school program the Kids Zone form will need to be filled out as well.
