Elizabethtown Christian Academy encourages families to visit the school and schedule a time for the prospective student to visit the school and classroom. Each student is given an entrance exam prior to acceptance to ECA. If the child does not prove to be on grade level, enrollment will not be granted for that grade. Registration fee is $150 per family. This is non-refundable unless the student is not accepted. Kindergarten students have a supply fee of $46 and grades 1-9 have a supply fee of $40. This includes all classroom supplies needed for the year.

Elizabethtown Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, creed, gender, and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, athletic and arts programs, or in any other way.

Because ECA is a private school, it relies on tuition as a significant source of income for covering the costs of delivering a highly regarded educational program. Tuition is $3100.00 per year for the first child with a 10% discount for each additional sibling.
