Here is what’s happening during the next few weeks:  

   3rd to 5th

• We will continue to review how to say their names, introduce themselves and others, and greeting each other anytime of the day
• Learn farewell
• Introduction to Spanish speaking countries 
• Students will choose a Spanish name and a Spanish country
• Learn to say where they are from
• Review the alphabet, colors and numbers
• learn days of the weeks
• Test Tuesday. Sept 7 for 4 and 5th grade. We will have review onTuesday 31  and Thursday on all thats been covered above.  Review sheets will be send home to work over the weekend worth 5 points towards test grade when turned on test day.

   1st & 2nd

• Continue to review their names
• Continue with songs
• Learn various greetings
• Learn various ways to say farewell
• Introduction to the Spanish alphabet

• We will continue to practice how to say their names in Spanish
• Practice songs
• Learn about Spanish instruments
• Introduction to the letter “A”
